Can I bring my own builder?


Dreamstructure is the exclusive builder in Troy Burne Village. Dreamstructure is a small, family owned design/build firm with an outstanding reputation. Our company offers a building experience that is tailored specifically to our client's specific needs.


Are there minimum construction values established in the development?


Yes. To protect your investment and the value of your home, minimum values have been established for all lot/home combinations in this exclusive development. The builder’s sales representative can review the options with you.


What are some of the key amenities of the development?

Troy Burne Village is located in River Falls School District. There are three public schools: Westside Elementary, Meyer Middle School and a newly constructed River Falls High School. Most of your household and family shopping needs can be found in nearby Hudson. What about water and sewer?


Each home site will have its own septic and well, to be maintained by each homeowner. Your builder can provide the requirements to meet local and state ordinances.


What is the first step in reserving a lot?


Your desired lot can be reserved with a lot reservation form available from a Dreamstructure representative. A deposit of $1000 is required with your reservation and will hold your lot for 30 days. Your deposit is fully refundable for up to 30 days.
