Architectural Review Committee

The purpose and function of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is to create an aesthetically pleasing community and protect property values. The ARC criteria and guidelines are contained and provided for within the "Covenants of Troy Burne Village". In addition to the Covenants, the ARC also provides ARC Guidelines that provide a more detailed interpretation and clarification of some aspects of the Covenants.

Homeowner’s Association

The Homeowner’s Association is made up exclusively of Troy Burne Village lot owners. Each lot owner is a member by virtue of lot ownership. The Homeowner’s Association owns the private-park, gazebo, out-looks and lighted walk-paths within Troy Burne Village that are governed through the By-Laws that regulate its administrative procedures.
